Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to the easyMommy mobile app and website, operated by KlaroBuild, a French company. By creating an account or using easyMommy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

easyMommy is currently available on iOS 16 and later. You must be an adult acting for personal purposes. We may update technical requirements as Apple platforms evolve.

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep your login credentials and device secure.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Do not create accounts fraudulently or impersonate another person.

You may invite a partner, relative, or caregiver to a family space. Invited members must accept these Terms. Invite only people you trust and review their access when your family arrangements change.

The Free plan includes 2 household members (you + 1 invite), up to 2 children, a 30-day browsable history, up to 5 voice captures per day, up to 3 milestone memories, up to 5 foods tried, unlimited manual tasks, and mood / EPDS check-ins. Premium unlocks up to 7 members, unlimited children, full history, up to 30 voice captures per day, unlimited milestones with media, weekly/monthly insights, unlimited foods with per-food meal history, growth charts, vaccines where that feature is available in your country, and a discreet trusted-contact relay.

Current prices, billing periods, trial eligibility, and localized taxes are displayed by Apple before purchase and prevail over any promotional description outside the purchase screen.

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

Refunds and trial eligibility are governed by Apple's rules. Deleting your easyMommy account does not itself cancel an active App Store subscription.

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to harm others.
• Do not access another household without authorization.
• Do not disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or rights-infringing content.
• Do not use AI features to create harmful or deceptive material.

AI and voice extraction can misunderstand names, quantities, dates, or intent. Review generated tasks and baby events before relying on them. Voice limits count each valid capture whether processing occurs locally on the device or through an online model.

easyMommy, including the EPDS questionnaire and Safety Net, is an organizational and wellbeing support tool. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency service. It does not replace advice from a qualified professional. You control whether a discreet signal is sent to the trusted person you selected.

You retain ownership of the information and media you provide. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display that content to deliver the service. You are responsible for having the right to share content relating to other family members.

We work to keep easyMommy reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, network conditions, or platform changes may affect the service. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features while preserving applicable consumer rights.

You may delete your account in the app. Once confirmed, active account records and stored files are deleted. We may suspend access for serious misuse, security risk, fraud, or legal requirements, with notice where reasonably possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to those rights, easyMommy is not liable for decisions made from unverified AI output, failures caused by third parties or connectivity, or losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by a user's failure to protect credentials.

These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute amicably. Applicable consumer mediation and court rights remain available.

We may update these Terms for legal or product changes. Material updates will be communicated before taking effect. Questions may be sent to contact@easymommy.fr.
